2023: The year of health

Following up from 2022's year of habits, I am for 2023 to be my "year of health". This one is quite open-ended, but also with a pretty clear metric - do I feel healthier at the end of the year than I did at the start? Ideally in the process I'm making some good long-term choices and establishing long lasting habits. For this one I don't want to establish a bunch of goals at the start, but rather continue to revisit it over the course of the year and see what I can focus more on to improve my health. That said, I do have a few particular things in mind that I would like to achieve:
- Lose weight
- Eat healthier, ideally vegetarian
- Continues to care of my teeth
- Limit caffeine intake, drink more water
- Meditate more often
